Perishable food products

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh and frozen meat products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or products that have been stored or handled incorrectly after collection or delivery.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty products

If your order is damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or does not meet an acceptable standard, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, details of the issue and, where applicable, photographs of the product and packaging so we can assess the problem promptly.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. As our products are prepared and allocated specifically for customer orders, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed once preparation or processing has commenced.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
