Delivery & Collection Policy

Redgate Farm offers frozen delivery by refrigerated courier, as well as collection from our Seaham farm (by appointment) and the Newcastle Farmers Markets.

Frozen delivery by refrigerated courier

Order by Sunday night. We process orders on Monday and Tuesday, the refrigerated courier collects on Wednesday, and delivery runs from Thursday. Please allow 3-5 business days from Wednesday afternoon. You choose your delivery date at checkout. Delivery is $20 per order, with no minimum order. Available delivery options and dates are shown at checkout.

Please make sure someone is available to receive your order on the delivery date, and move it to the freezer as soon as it arrives.

Farm pickup (by appointment)

Orders can be collected from:

Redgate Farm
866 Clarencetown Road
Seaham NSW 2324

Farm pickup is by appointment only. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Please do not attend for collection until your order has been confirmed as ready.

Newcastle City Farmers Market

On Sundays, when this option appears at checkout, you can collect from the Redgate Farm stall during market hours. You must order before the cut-off time.

Missed deliveries and collections

Because our products are perishable, please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot receive or collect your order.
