Farm raised, grass fed and grass finished on our family farm in Seaham, NSW.

We're excited to open presales for our Redgate Farm Angus beef, raised entirely on pasture here on our family farm.

Our Angus cattle are approximately 16–18 months old at processing and spend their lives grazing on pasture, growing naturally at their own pace. Our beef is 100% grass fed and grass finished, with no grain finishing.

We believe in raising animals with care, respecting the whole animal and producing quality meat with full traceability from our farm to your table.

Our cattle are scheduled for processing in mid-January 2027 at Alexander Downs in Kurri Kurri, followed by approximately 14 days of dry ageing to develop tenderness and flavour before being professionally butchered and packaged.

Our mixed beef boxes are designed to provide a variety of cuts, perfect for stocking your freezer with quality, locally raised beef.

Each box may include a selection of:

Premium steaks, including scotch fillet, sirloin and rump
Beef roasts
Slow-cooking cuts
GF/DF Sausages
Beef mince
Other assorted cuts

Each box will contain a mixture of cuts depending on availability, providing a balance of premium steaks, everyday favourites and slow-cooking cuts. This allows us to utilise the whole animal, minimise waste and make quality beef accessible to more families.

We will be processing just two Angus cattle for this release, with beef expected to be available in early February 2027 following dry ageing, butchering and packaging.
