Smoked Whole Cornish Chicken
Our Smoked Whole Cornish Chickens are made using our slow-grown, free-range game chickens, grown right here at Redgate Farm.
Raised to around 10 weeks of age, these birds are grown much longer than a standard meat chicken, allowing them to develop a richer, more distinctive flavour and beautiful texture.
Each chicken is approximately 1.7kg before smoking, then carefully brined and smoked by Morpeth Butchery, resulting in a finished weight of approximately 1.4kg.
Perfect served cold, added to salads and platters, or gently warmed for an easy meal.
